We have all felt the wind in our face at some point in our lives. We have the means to harness that power to improve our lives and keep the earth clean. Here in Iowa we have the second largest number of wind turbines in the country, second only to Texas. Call your local power company and see how much of their energy comes from renewable and clean sources. Some power companies will allow you to choose where you get your power from. You can also look into investing in a turbine to power your home. They can be large investment upfront but in the long run it will save you money if not make you money.
